The Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) is a national organization that encourages middle school and high school athletes to compete by providing an event structure that allows riders to compete with fewer expenses. It uses a draw-based competition format that allows riders to compete without having their own horse. Fox Hollow participates in IEA and encourages its young riders to take advantage of this showing opportunity. The Fox Hollow Equestrian Team is located in Zone 11, Region 1. We prioritize having fun and learning while maintaining a drama-free and welcoming environment.
To compete for the Fox Hollow Equestrian IEA Team, a rider must lesson at least 2x per week during IEA season. A rider must also have proper showing attire. They, however, do not need to own their own horse.
